Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us through our contact page. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable, including custom orders, special-order machinery, used machinery, spare parts that have been fitted or used, and items that are not in their original condition or packaging.

Exchanges

The fastest way to arrange an exchange is to contact us first. If the return is accepted, we can advise on the next steps for replacing the item or arranging a new order.

European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Period

If the item is shipped to a customer in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can take time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
