Rippa Dublin sells machinery, attachments, spare parts and related equipment through enquiries, quotations and agreed purchase arrangements.

Returns, cancellations and refunds may depend on the product, purchase method, quotation, order terms, condition of the goods, and the circumstances of the request.

Voluntary Returns and Goodwill Refunds

Rippa Dublin does not offer a standard change-of-mind return or refund policy for all purchases.

Any voluntary return, goodwill refund, exchange, collection arrangement or other commercial remedy may be considered by Rippa Dublin on a case-by-case basis, taking account of the product type, age, condition, usage, maintenance history, quotation details, purchase agreement and available evidence.

Customers should contact Rippa Dublin before returning, transporting, modifying or arranging collection of any machinery, attachment, spare part or other equipment.

Damages, Faults and Incorrect Goods

Please inspect machinery and goods on collection or delivery and notify Rippa Dublin as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Rippa Dublin may request further information, photographs, videos, inspection, service records, return of parts, or manufacturer or supplier input before confirming the appropriate next steps.

Customised, Special-Order and Used Goods

Returns or refunds may not be available for customised configurations, special-order machinery, used machinery, fitted or used spare parts, goods altered after purchase, or goods not returned in their original condition, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Where Rippa Dublin agrees to a voluntary refund, or where a refund is required by applicable law, the refund process and timing will be confirmed in writing.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Where goods are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or where a legal cancellation right applies, customers may have legal rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
