Warranty Policy

Last updated: June 1st, 2026

Rippa Dublin supplies machinery, attachments, spare parts and related equipment with warranty support subject to the product type, manufacturer terms, quotation details and final purchase agreement.

Warranty coverage, duration and exclusions may vary depending on the machine, attachment, spare part, accessory, configuration, supplier terms, and whether the item is new, used, special-order or supplied with additional options.

Full warranty terms will be confirmed at quotation or purchase stage. Customers should review the warranty details provided before completing any purchase.

Warranty support may cover defects in materials or workmanship where confirmed under the applicable warranty terms. Warranty does not normally cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, lack of maintenance, incorrect operation, improper storage, transport damage after delivery acceptance, modification, wear-and-tear parts, consumables, or damage caused by use outside the intended purpose.

Customers are responsible for using machinery safely, following operating instructions, carrying out routine maintenance, and keeping service or maintenance records where required.

If you believe a product has a warranty issue, please contact Rippa Dublin through our website contact page or by email at:

Please include your name, order or quotation details if available, product model, serial number if applicable, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos where possible.

Warranty claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may request inspection, further information, return of parts, service records or manufacturer review before confirming whether a claim is accepted.

This Warranty Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
